Monitoring my “out of shapeness”


Since about Wednesday I haven’t really been doing more than the minimum. I worked Thursday, Sat and Sun. Other than warming and playing the services I didn’t really do much. Then I took Monday off almost completely (I did pick it up for 20 minutes).

Now it’s Tuesday and I am feeling a little out if shape. I’m here in my lodge on break from some SCUBA diving and trying to get in the basics.
