Bruckner 7 day two

Had a few drinks last night for my birthday and definitely feel a little shaky this morning. I suppose my chops feel fine but I wouldn’t hay I’m comfortable. The hangover makes things feel a bit shaky that’s for sure.

Is there something I can do to help gets things feeling unshaky from too many drinks the night before? I’m not sure. A little caffeine seems to help some. At the same time too much caffeine makes me feel even worse. A nap would probably be the best thing but that’s not really an option.

In the end I think the best thing is to just not be hungover in the first place…
